Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager, you are responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing and executing business development strategies, and closing deals. You're a people person who can build and maintain real relationships with client. You must have a great personality, amazing interpersonal communication skills, and a can-do attitude. Additionally, you must also have at least 3-5 years of experience in the creative industry. Having a portfolio of clients would be a bonus. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop new relationships to grow business and help company expand.
  • Build and execute business development strategies.
  • Close deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Represent the agency to clients and prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Must have own transport.


Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of closing deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Represent the agency to clients and prospects.
