- Possesses a minimum Diploma/Degree in Advertising, Mass Communication/Media, other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in advertising/creative industry.
- Proficiency in English and BM (spoken and written). Proficiency in Mandarin a plus.
- Experience with handling budgets, negotiating with third party vendors.
- Able to write creative briefs, contact reports, WIP, paperwork.
- Able to present creative work to clients for approval/modification.
- Having own set of accounts is a plus.
- Must have own transport.
- Experience in property/real estate industry is a plus.
